HSE Managers/Advisors

During the engineering/design phase of the project the role of an HSE Advisor is to identify potential HSE weaknesses and shortcomings in the policies and procedures of the company. During the implementation they are responsible for maintaining both the HSE Management Systems and the Project HSE Plan. The HSE Advisor also acts as liaison for the company's offshore personnel in regards to all operational and HSE issues. Some of the primary tasks of the HSE Advisor are to drive HSE management practices among contractors and staff alike in addition to providing HSE input such as HAZID, JSA, ALARP, etc. For such a critical role it is imperative that personnel with the correct experience, aptitude and attitude are placed in such positions. SSR have nurtured relationships with various individuals and companies who specialise in this field and can assist the Client in either short term or long term supply of personnel.
